🛠️ What You'll Work On

This isn't a sandbox. You'll be designing and shipping features that real fleet operators use every day.

• 🗺️ Trip & Booking Lifecycle Systems — Design state machines that track a truck from booking confirmation to final delivery, handling real-world edge cases like mid-trip cancellations, route deviations, and SLA breaches
• 🔗 Live Client Integrations — Build integrations directly with logistics companies onboarding onto Fleetway, debug real data inconsistencies, and iterate fast based on actual usage
• 🏗️ System Design from Scratch — Own the design of new modules end-to-end: data modeling, API contracts, service boundaries — with senior review but real ownership
• 💸 Financial Settlement Engines — Build the backend that calculates invoices, tracks payments, reconciles advances, and generates audit-ready reports for fleet operators managing crores in transactions
• 🔐 Multi-tenant Auth & Access Control — Work on role-based permissions and org-level data isolation in a live multi-tenant system serving multiple client organizations
• ⚡ Performance & Reliability — Profile slow queries, optimize database access patterns, and make systems resilient — because a fleet operator can't afford downtime mid-trip
• 📡 API Design — Write APIs that mobile apps and web dashboards actually consume in production, used by drivers and dispatchers on the road

You'll sit in design discussions, push to production, and see the impact of your work within days — not sprints.
